Case Kela
The Social Insurance Institution of Finland Kela and the Contact Point for Cross-Border Health Care attended the Matka Nordic Travel Fair in January 2020. The stand combined a playful quiz with solid expertise.
The design of the stand was based on a holiday atmosphere. At the stand, inspired by a fishing village in the Lofoten islands, visitors could fish for tips to secure their health care and
chat with specialists. Visitors could also obtain a European Health Insurance Card at the convenient order desk.
